On 11^th December 2007, the past president of Rotary Club Chisinau, Constantin Ghelbet, has participated at the regular meeting of RC Cahul. There have been discussed the community problems and the one concerning speeding up the process of charting the Cahul Rotary Club. Also, there have been discussed the possibility of collaboration at a state level.
